Professor of Educational Psychology and Contemporary Pedagogy in IE University, where he also teaches subjects within the area for personal and professional development from educational NLP, emotional intelligence and coaching. Teacher, educational coach, psycho-pedagogue and master trainer in NLP. Co-founder and director of Mente Colectiva, an educational consultancy company, which was the first to implement innovative and creative programs of neuro-learning within both international and national schools. Moreover, this organization created a certificate of educational NLP for all the schools around the world. He also directs the area of personal development, coaching and educational NLP within Esencia Educativa, a project of the Maecenas Foundation. This targets educational institutions, school directors and educational management teams in order to work on the development of their strategic projects in an estimated horizon of 2020. He puts together educational practice (more than ten years of experience as a school counsellor in schools within Madrid) with the formation of teachers of more than 30 nationalities, research, application of alternative methodologies and technologies within the educational field. Within the entrepreneurial organizations he creates leadership programs for companies such as Vodafone, Eulen, Lego, Springfield, AbbVie, Nissan, Dentsu, Fundacion Real Madrid. Within the field of NLP he studied with Richard Bandler and John Grinder, the creators of NLP. However, he considers himself professionally and emotionally, a follower of Robert Dilts and Judith DeLozier, major exponents of Neuro-Linguistic Programming. He is an associate professor at NLP University in California and has obtained the first world affiliation to give the certificates of NLPU within the educational field. He is a member of Asociacion Espanola de PNL and of Global NLP Training and Consulting Community. Right now, he also does consultancy in educational centres to awaken learning, innovation and the implementation of active methodologies within the process of learning and teaching.N
