ONLINE LEARNING LEADERS
REDESIGNING TRAINING IN THE DIGITAL ERA WITH NLP
A new moment…crisis means cross roads, choice point… Arguably, human beings were never immersed in a time so hopeful, critical and suggestive with respect to education as in the times that we are in now.
While we don´t know for sure the final point of the journey, we share the feeling that soon we will reach that time when education will be different responding to the needs of each human being.
Education will learn to cater to every type of individual, it will diversify and personalise.
It is an exciting time for trainers, especially for the ones who are determined risk takers, who are focused on the future and eager to break the chains of the past. However, this stage of development does not seek to deny everything that was done in the past. It is rather about taking what was effective and accommodating it to new trends. What has proven to have value in the past can still be useful in the future, as long as we are willing to make the necessary adaptations. At the end, creating and inventing also means readjusting existing solutions to new, more complex times.

ROOTS: Trainers Training with NLP

WINGS: LEARNING DISRUPTORS

On the one hand we find the roots, the personal and professional foundations guided by Judith DeLozier. The second foundation is the roots of obtaining mastery in online sessions knowing the tools that provide learning experiences to our students with Carlos Pallero. Each training block will be divided into these two parts, on the one hand training to model the strategies of the great trainers (ROOTS) and secondly the knowledge and skills to deliver quality training in an online model
